Arroz

3 c instant rice
7 c water
4 oz Hunts tomato sauce
5 tbsp comino and black pepper, ground
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
oil

Fry rice in oil over med until evenly toasted brown.  Drain excess oil with paper towels while rice is hot.  Bring water, tomato sauce, comino and black pepper and bouillon to boil.  Add to HOT rice (rice will bubble furiously).  Cover and ck for 5 min.  Turn of ht and let sit 10 min.  Stir and dig in.
