Spaghetti and meat sauce

2 lbs ground beef
2 jar Ragu chunky garden spaghetti sauce
1 med sweet onion, diced
3 6-8" stalks celery, sliced
5 carrots, diced
1 med bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp dehydrated minced garlic
fajita seasoning
red pepper flakes
oil

Brown mt in oil with garlic and a dash of fajita seasoning and red pepper flakes.  When mt is cked through, add veggies, cover and simmer 15 min over med ht until starting to get soft.  Stir about every 5 min.  (If you want to add mushrooms, add them 5 min in.)  Add sauce and simmer 20 min until hot.  Serve over whole wheat spaghetti boiled in salty water.
