Fideo

4 boxes Fideo
1 lb of meat, cut into 1/2" cubes
3 tsp comino and black pepper, ground
1/2 cn Hunts tomato sauce
50 oz water
4 tsp beef bouillon
oil

Brown fideo in oil over med until evenly toasted brown.  Drain excess oil with paper towels while fideo is hot.  Brown meat in oil.  Add water, tomato sauce, comino and black pepper and bouillon.  Bring to boil, reduce ht and simmer meat 45-50 min until tender.  Add HOT fideo (should sizzle).  Cover and ck 2 min.  Turn of ht and let sit 10 min.  Stir and dig in.
