Arroz con pollo

1 chicken, cut up
3 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
3 tsp comino and black pepper, ground
1/3 cn Hunts tomato sauce

2 c rice
oil

Bring chicken and water to boil, add bouillon and comino and black pepper and tomato sauce.  Simmer 45 min.  Taste broth and adjust seasoning.
While chicken is cooking, fry rice in oil over med until evenly toasted brown.  Drain excess oil with paper towels while rice is hot. 
Add HOT rice to chicken.  Bring to boil, cover and ck 4 min.  Turn of ht and let sit 10 min.
